how to pm

I see the pm poke block boxes how do you actually use them please. Do I click pm then select who I want to chat with or click them forst.

Just click on them but it would be nice to ask if you can PM first

Good advice if in chat always ask in open chat if ok to pm

Thanks for those answers. So I hit the pm box then select who I want to pm, correct? I do agree that I will ask if I can pm them first as it's only polite to do so.

Not really, click underneath the persons name who you want to PM ( if they have a PM option there )
