We was contacted by a 'couples' profile a few days ago, but after checking their photos it turns out they were all stolen from the web. We reported the profile and all their photos individually. They have since blocked us.

When we are browsing the new photo's we are still spotting this 'couples' profile posting new photo's that are again all stolen from the web, we have now reported them several times.

Is there a rule for repeat offenders? This 'couple' seem to be getting away with it and are constantly adding stolen photo's.

The rule is, if they were fake the first time then they will be fake the second and will get repeat treatment.

The only think I would say is, not all pics found on the net are stolen by people on here, it could well be the other way round and genuine peoples photo's have been nicked and put eleswhere.

You are doing right be reporting though so Admin can check it out
