Logging into account / deleting profile

Hello, my friend created an account last night and has forgotten her password already

. She has tried the reset your password link but its not sending anything to her email, its possible she may have entered that incorrectly when registering?

Is there any other way of resetting her password or failing that deleting her profile so she can set up a new one?

if entered the wrong email just set up a profile with the correct email.

otherwise she will need to contact admin herself.

tell her to visit the contact page to obtain the necessary.
