Not getting winks

I get email (Yahoo) notifications telling me I have winks but when I look there is no winks in my wink box. I haven't changed anything as far as I know. Any ideas?

This only happens when:

User winked them removed themselves from site.

User winked then was disabled by admin (usually a spammer)

or if you havent emptied your wink box and they have winked you before... it doesnt show up at the topp of the list as a new one.
