WEB CAM PROBLEM PLEASE HELP !!

On chat it allows me to see the conversation and click on the people to view there cam

but the cam never actually works it just stays white

the same with my own camera it doesn't even give me and option to turn it on its just a blank square

I have great conection so its not that

really need some help if some could help me

Try updating your flash player or using different browser

i have the same problem. i use google chrome which i think has flash built in?

Our Web cam only works if we have headphones plugged in also. White screen without headphones comes on immediately if headphones plugged in x

Are you using IE(Windows Internet Explorer) or Chrome?

Either way, I had the same issue. It has to do with a Add-ons with in IE that also affect Chrome.

open IE.

Press Alt=X a box will appear on the left hand side of IE.

Select Manage Add-ons.A box will appear. On the Left side under Add-on Type,select tools and extensions. (There should be an option in the right box called Shockwave Flach Object).

Select it. information will appear below, showing the shockwave information.

There should be an selection button on the right either called Disable or enable. First disable it and close add-ons box. Go back in and follow above instruction. Select enable again.

This should work now. If now re install Fash player.

had the same issue but it seemed to sort itself out and now its working again, so maybe give it time and it might start working again
