I renewed my membership 4 days ago, I was informed that I had been charged for the text (in fact charged twice it would seem). I now find that my membership has not been renewed can someone please explain to me why this is. I shall be less than happy to find out that I need to pay for two £5 text messages for my site renewal. I look forward to a swift response from the forum.
