Pictures - UK & USA now mixed?

I have noticed today that the new/hot pictures now include ones from the US and must be the same for them as we have received a lot of messages now from people in the US re our pics.

Is this a new thing?

No. USA/UK hot have always been mixed (but might not remain so).
