Hi I need some help for a friend please.

I have already tried using the contact link over a week ago with no response.

My friend is unable to get onto her profile.

When she attempts to log in she is getting a message saying her password is wrong! When she tries to reset her password & types in her email address its then saying her email is wrong!!!!

She only has one email account!

She has now been unable to access her account for over three weeks.

When I contacted the site owners I gave them her details. She has had no response nor have I.

Thanks for the reply. But she wants to keep the profile she has with the verifications she has been given.
