If public photos get fabbed around 100+ times, why don't they also appear in Hot Photos? It's a friend's new profile. They're a silver supporter, but only a day or two in. Is that what's stopping them getting into Hot Photos?

It's nothing to do with the membership, it's about the timing of the fab.

Current Hot Photos are calculated using a rolling 12 hour window. Not by the total number of times it has been fabbed.
