We have been signed in on the phone and now I want to go in chat rooms etc, so I decided to fix the pc and use that, that sounds all good , however ..........

The email address we use on this site was an old msn email and is no longer vaild that's ok we can change email address ,........or I thought so

The wife has gone an forgoton the password for this account too , I have gone through evreything and I think it could be and surprise suprice its not it .

Has anyone else gone through this , if so how they resolve the situation , I donmt want to create a new profile but may have to
