FabSwingers.com forum: Creating a new account problem

Posting on behalf of a friend who left some time ago and now wishes to return.

She has gone through all the necessary hoohaa to set up a new account, clicks the link to verify her email address and it has been given the OK, however it still hasn't been accepted. This has been happening for a few days so is not a one off.

Does anyone else know of anyone who had/has the same problem and how it was resolved. All advice welcome.

**Disclaimer: no it's not me setting up another account, I feckin struggle enough with the one I already have.

Attempts constantly stick on " it will take 5-10mins" and can't click on any of the tabs...

_muma, you're best asking this question direct to Admin. Use the Contact link at the bottom of the page, and give FULL DETAILS (i.e. sitename, email address of your friend) to Admin, and ask them to look at it.

Dont use chrome, for some reason chrome sticks on that page, use IE to set up account
