Your profile appears to be that of a couple, not a single female. You even say you don't meet alone and your husband will always be present. That is a COUPLES profile.

I would presume it was reported by someone for exactly the reasons given above and Admin have changed it to a couple's profile as that is what they read it as too

Probably someone thats wants to meet a woman and then realises its not a woman and they have a husband that comes along too

It doesn't matter who done it, it may even have been several people. It has been reported, admin have reviewed and changed your profile accordingly.

Was worried that my account had been hacked to be honest.

I would have thought admin would have sent a short note explaining.

I would have reported it. Couples masquerading as singles are at the best misleading and at worst downright lies. I'm sure if you were to message what you thought was a couple but instead turned out to be a single guy you would feel deceived, your situation is no different.
