Unblock someone

I have blocked someone by mistake. The problem I have is that they have disappeared from my blocked list.I know they are still on the site as I have a saved message from him, I am not on his blocked list as he did not block me but I can't unblock him.

Please can anyone give me any help and advice as to how I can unblock him?

A friend of mine has the same problem..although hasnt blocked them...

so does he.. but its like the other person isnt there.. as not on his block list at all..
