Why does the sent messages say unread when the "my account home" page says you have no unread messages.(still cpoloured yellow) Do some recipients not receive emails that you send them?

The my account home page would be you in box.

Your "my account page" shows what messages you have to read, not what you have sent.

The "sent box" may show unread messages you sent to others as unread, as they haven't read them.
