I have set up a couples account for me and my ladyfriend. We don't live together. Intent was for us to share it. When she tries to log in she gets bounced as " her email is incorrect" Anyone know a way to do this. Dont want to be online together just to be able to monitor and manage a shared profile. Thanks for any advice

Assuming you can log into the profile, send her the log in details she can copy and paste these. It may be that she is mis-typing the email

We can both log into the account at the same time no issues but you both have to have the same log in details

The only restriction would be that you can't both use chat at the same time, you'd need separate accounts for that.

It sounds like she is using the wrong log in details for that account

To all who responded thankyou. Have trapped the problem aand it was LLs log on pattern which was using a set link. Quick log off and log on and she can access TheLibertines. Trying running two of us on one account tonight. Let you know how we got on. Again thanks
