They don't if you use the opt out button on your profile.

And if the person isn't logged into Fab then they can't see profiles or pictures.

Are people really that paranoid??

I have had it set not to show since joining"

Which means unless logged in no one can see pics and unless you have told lots of people your user name no one will know it's you

Settings only prevent your profile from being searchable. You can't prevent your forum posts being seen.

To be honest... anyone who's willing to take the time to google the forums would quite possibly take the couple of minutes it takes to make an account if they were that interested in what someone is posting...

Anyone can sign up and read forums or look at profiles.
