Can admin or anyone help please until last couple of days all was well but now after period of inactivity whether it be 2 or 10mins i keep having to log back in and cannot figure out why.

I am on android using mobile site and i have the box ticked for keep me logged in.

Also i cleared cache and cookies etc but still a problem its not a major problem just a pain in the vum.

Anyone come across it or got any clues.

It also happens on an iPhone, when you switch and use another app (not all apps) When you switch back to Safari, you have been logged out

What phone?

What version of android?

What browser is it you're using?

Nothing has changed on the site re: logins.

Would recommend trying another browser other than the one you're having problems with see how that works?
