Changing from M to MF account?

We are wanting to change to a couples account. I can't seem to create another account using the same email address.

How do we do convert from one to the other?

Ask admin!

But usually they will say create a another profile - in which case create another email address too.

it is likely to be in place to prevent people setting up more than one account and also fakes. if you delete this account and start again you might be able to use same email address (assuming you are not planning on keeping both accounts)
