So my block list is 10years long and the list from my profile is a few months long.

If theoretically i wanted to remove someone from that list who has been added and fallen off the bottom of the list is there anyway admin could unblock a previously blocked account?

If they've ever posted on the forum, click on their profile and it will show they're blocked. Go to menu and block again, then they move to the top of your blocked list.
