Upgrade

I just paid for the Silver upgrade. I used the instant bank transfer option and while I was doing it it said the payment was failed but it still took the amount. It hasn’t come up on the website that I have upgraded. Just wondering if anyone has any info on what to do?

Sometimes they say they are in pending when this happens but they are not charged for
