Catagorise page isn't allowing catagories

So I have uploaded a video and the catagorise prompt is there next to the approved video, but! on clicking it the page doesn't load as other have done, it reveals no catagories, only a box 'say what you see' and 'svae' no catagory boxes, this is annoying as noone can see the video if they search for anything and is NOT therefore showing on the top by TV/S search. Can this be resolved and if so how???
