I am contacting you regarding an issue with updating my status, as I am currently unable to make any changes.

I understand that I have received a warning, although I was not aware that the wording I used was against the guidelines. I would appreciate it if you could clarify what specifically caused the warning and what I need to do to resolve the issue.

You would normally get a mail giving you some idea of what it could be but could also get a specific warning to go with it. If you have a specific warning from Admin then it will be for that
