Account changed from couple to M

Our couples account was changed to a M only account without explanation some time ago.

How do we get our couple status and account back please?

Guessing someone reported you as just being a male account for some reason and admin changed it. You will need to message admin to try and get it changed back.

Certainly strange I think the poster who mentioned that someone prob reported you but surely admin would have investigated but certainly odd

Thanks for your response. This happened quite some time ago. We have tried on numerous occasions to contact support. But unfortunately have never had a response - yet

Thank you. You would have hoped so. We have been subscribers on here for 15 years plus, on and off. It’s really disappointing to not even get a reply, to many requests from us asking admin for a reason why, or even just to change it back to a couples profile for us.
