Issue with couples account

Somewhere over the rainbow...

For some unexplained reason, our couples account has been semi suspended.

We can use it but can't contact anyone or post anything.

Admin aren't responding to anything when contacted, tried multiple times.

It's a paid account so feels like we've lost a load of money as well when it's not possible to use it.

Can someone respond to us?

The information always seems to be that admin don't reply to messages. Deleting the profile and starting a new one may be your best option.

A suspended account is reviewed within 24 hours normally. Depending on the outcome you will either be reactivated or sent a mail saying the suspension stays.

I wouldn't start a new one as advised on the previous post as it won't help matters.
