Hi,

Once we have been verified (a flag in a database) I don’t understand why the face pictures need to be retained. We don’t have any other face pictures on here and I’d much rather we didn’t for privacy reasons.

This whole BBC investigation in Fab, Jess Phillips calling for the site to be banned etc is bringing in a lot of attention. It makes it a prime target for hacking and exhortation and I’d really like to get our face pics off here without having to chuck the baby out with the bath water and just delete our whole account.

I’d be interested to know if this makes anyone else as nervous as it does us - we don’t want outing!

Theres alot of what ifs that would all have to align to end up with your specific private verification photo in an article or whatever, not to mention the backlash that would cause.

Being here isnt a crime. Yes, its private to many, but we all take that chance posting anything at all online.
