"I think what's annoying is that Moderators may not be fully trained so mistakes can happen, but it's a little disheartening that none of the moderators want to advocate for us. When they remove entitlements are they logging the offending texts because I lost my ability to post status updates and I remember exactly what my last status update WAS and it wasn't against any of the rules. Emailed admin, heard nothing back etc etc" It's especially disappointing that they just ignore messages. Especially when we're site contributors. | |||

"We have had a status removed for naming and shaming the timewasters ,,,we did this as we feel that admin do nothing when we report others ,,so we let people know who to avoid ,,,,whatever happened to freedom of speech ? Maybe if admin do something about the fakes and timewasters then we wouldn't have to name and shame people ,,,,,can admin please get back to us ,,we pay site supporter fees and have had no warnings just not allowed to post any statuses ,,,have also had statuses removed after a matter of minutes ,,,so when they say they relive it after 2 days that's bs ..... Can admin please contact us as we would like to know what you're going to do about the fakes and timewasters so we don't have to name and shame and when we will be able to post statues again ?????? If we have no reply from admin then that proves that they don't give a toss about the genuine verified couples who pay to use the site and would prefer to have a site full of fakes 🤷🏼♂️ enough said and point made we think ,,,,,anyone else had the same issues and are getting sick of being treated like we don't matter and sick of the fake profiles that admin do nothing about ,,,,,please admin sort things out cos lots of people are getting sick of it as well as us " Being a site supporter does not give you the privilege to break site rules by naming and shaming others. Admin have always said to report people but they will not give you feedback on what they have done about said report. Freedom of speech does not give you the right to name and shame other people either. Sites have rules for a reason. There are two sides to every story and when you name and shame people reading are only seeing your side. Statuses are only removed by admin if they break the rules and from what you say it seems like this has happened to you on more than one occasion which leads me to believe you have broken status rules prior to your ban. If you have had your status blocked and admin have not replied after you have messaged them then they are not lifting your ban. Demanding a reply via the forum will not get you what you are wanting. | |||

You say Admin do nothing about rule breakers, when you post proves that they do. Admin ask people and report users if you think they are breaking rules instead of breaking rules yourself.
