i have just paid for gold status. it seems i was banned from chat but not told why?

can i be unbanned from chat and im sorry if i broke the rules?

Unfortunately you may never find out why you were banned. Hopefully it will only be a short period. I got banned a long time ago, no warning just a notification that I was banned. Contacted admin, just given a link to the rules of the site, read them over and over could not see what I had broken. Problem is you don't even know what chat it was, could have been a week before.

Admin are volunteers and if they did not have some form of automation imagine how much longer things would take.

Words or phrases are picked up and that can kick off a ban.

Things like being abusive to people. As others say sometime you will never know but if someone reports you for something then admin will block u both from contactin each other.

I have had bans some with hindsight i understand why some not but somehow i must have done something

We have a couples account and never been able to post in forums or club reviews.

Contacted them 4 times no fix.

We did ask for a partial refund..

They said if they refund we will be blocked from joining ever again.

Great customer service...

Imagine being told if you gwt a refund you are now banned for life...lol..

Oddly they have deleted the message lol
