How can I send a video to someone I’m chatting to. As it says about not recognising the file?

I upload to my private files first so its not published then share from that privately.

I do find it takes a lot longer to be accepted than it does a pic.

You can only send videos that have been saved on to your profile first. You can't send videos directly from your phone.
