A new couples profile was set up for me and my partner in crime a number of weeks ago.

We are unable to post in the forums using our new couples profile, or add meets to our profile.

Other users have told us that this is an issue with fab, due to more than one profile being registered to the same IP address.

We both still have active singles profiles, and cannot stop using them, especially if we cannot use the full site facilities with the new couples profile.

Neither one of us has done anything with our singles profiles to warrant a ban on posting meets or posting in the forums and are still able to use these facilities with our individual accounts.

We have reported this several times using the “contact us“ page, both by using the “report a bug/problem” option and the admin contact option, but nothing seems to get done and no one responds.

Could somebody please take the necessary action to allow us to use the site to its full potential? Profile name can be given private to an admin

You will need to message admin directly.

"You will need to message admin directly. "

I have done, dozens of times, from the new profile. No one ever responds, and nothing gets done.

A forum mod has closed a similar thread on the site feedback forum, saying the block will stay in place, but giving absolutely no reason for there being a block! It just makes no sense, a new profile that has never posted in the forum before has absolutely no justification for being blocked.

That'll be because as a forum mod I'm not aware of the reason. Admin have asked us to advise the contact details and that no reply means the block is staying before closing the thread.
