Can't find each other

So from my couples account I can see and chat with a specific account but they can't see or find my single account.

Neither of us have each other blocked or anything and they don't show up on status updates or on username searches.

Both sides of us have checked and double checked block lists...not on there either

Any idea?

And to add to this...we both went into the same Chat Room. From my site is said they were blocked next to their name (they aren't in my block list) so I clicked unblock. Their account still does not show

Only other thing I can think of is if either of you has reported the other as some reports will automatically issue a block that doesn't show on the block list, if it's not that then I have no idea
