Reduce search area I show up in?

Hey, for some reason I’ve started to get a lot of messages from people WAY outside my local area. And my “looked at” numbers have jumped from a couple hundred a day to close to 1k yesterday. Is there something I can do to reduce the area I show up for? Don’t have time to filter through all that are too far away to actually meet!

You posted pics. These show up on the new photos section for everyone to see that's why your numbers have shot up. It isn't anything to do with searches.

Use the maximum number of message filters available.

Gender

Age

Verified status

Publicly visible photos

Site supporter status

Block newbies

Using all these should reduce plenty of messages that would otherwise slip through.

Or just block incoming mail from men and make first contact yourself, either via a simple wink or a message. 🤷‍♂️
