Blocking a hidden profile

Why does the block button disappear when someone hides their profile? I need to block someone who is clearly a fake, but the block button is missing because she (he) has hidden her (his) profile.

Aah thanks. Oddly I can see the profile and block them on mobile as you say, but when I try to view that profile it says 'user no longer on site'.

I had reported them so maybe it's been removed and the page I'm viewing via my laptop could be cached.

It's very odd anyway - I was just keen to remove any link between myself and this person as they seem very dodgy.
