You probably have a ban, you must have posted something against site rules.

You can message admin and ask them to remove the ban but general advice is if they dont reply you're stuck with it.

We got a message a couple of days ago from admin about something we posted. Tried to reply but no answer.

Fair enough If we are banned then that’s fine but let us know and for how long. If it has breached the rules it’s a first and a mistake.
