I did this year's ago, how come I have to do it again to verify myself? I haven't changed account and upgraded but still can't get photos?

You don't have the green flag for a photo verification.

"still can't get photos" do you mean you can't see photos?

Have you age verified this profile, the law came into effect last year to ensure all users are 18+.
