can't change my location

I changed my location from the UK and from the South East to Wellington 8 months ago. I have now returned and cannot change my location back to South East. Can someone help.

Go here first -

http://www.fabswingers.com/my/edit_account

and change "Your Country" to UK and then -

http://www.fabswingers.com/my/edit_details

and change your postcode and town

Cannot see ...'your country' option on the mobile page...or do I need to do it on a desktop?
