Meets not saving and forum post not saving

Tried posting a meet from our couples profile and got confirmation that it was saved and would be displayed on our profile and in the listings, however it wasn't showing and our "Your Meets" tab said we had 0 meets. Came to post about it from pur couples account (Pink-Swing) but it wouldn't save the forum post either. Can admin please fix this as I know friends who have similar issues
