Unable to update our profile

Hello. We're not able to update our profile. Says about website or unwanted content.

Unfortunately Mandy suffered a small stroke during an operation last year. This has left her with balance issues and deafness in her right ear. It doesn't impact play, but she does need a stick (or an arm to hold) while walking.

I can't see why any of that isn't OK?

From reading what is already on your profile and seeing a similar post from someone else last week it could be the H n H that is already on your profile that is blocking the update.

I might be totally wrong but the other person removed that and the change went through.
