cannot chat in chat

I have logged into chat, I am in the general room, i can use all facilities except to speak

the box where you type your text just has the message

"click here to learn how you can chat"

even if you click on it nothing happens

How odd. I haven't had a problem with that, but find that sometimes when I click on a room to go in it throws me out into the lobby! Your problem may be one for the onsite help.
