Can't upload videos, despite photo verification and site supporter

I get get this message when I try

Verified? You must have been verified by others by meets with the green tick to add videos

Kinda wish I hadn't bothered paying now, knowing how hard it is to get a meeting. This seems somewhat draconian, or am I missing something?
