Missing Verification

I’ve verified a new couple and they have verified me but I’m not able to see their verification. I’ve checked my filter settings but can’t see anything obvious as to who I can see it. Can someone please advise as I’m confused 😕

The typical reason for verifications not showing, are filters that aren't reciprocally permissive and open.

Have you checked with your verifying friends?
