My couples profile is currently saying it's awaiting photo verification, and has been for over 2 million minutes?

We've been using it fone for the last 3 years or so. Any idea why it's saying that now?

It sounds like it's being evacuated, for some reason. Are you able to login to it? Admin can get very busy, in addition to running a site during a bank holiday weekend, when fewer support volunteers are likely to be around.

If you leave it until tomorrow, if possible, it should give them more likely adequate time to evaluate. Thank you for your patient consideration.
