I'm not sure if you can, but you can ask the person to hide it from their profile.

I asked/told someone to remove my verification from their profile after subsequent behaviour meant I no longer wanted to be associated with them.

You can't remove one you have sent but if you block the person they can't show it. Not sure if that's helpful to you or not.

If you block them the fact they have been verified shows on their summary but they can't display what you wrote to them.
