Closing an account of someone who has passed.

Hello,

My friend on here has unfortunately passed away, and has a couples profile with his partner. Although it was 100 percent run by him.

His partner wants the account removing but has no access to it or the email that is registered to it.

Obviously considering the circumstances she’s very upset, and as most of the pictures on the profile are of her this is causing her more distress and so she’s asked me to deal with it.

Can anyone point me in the direction of an admin who can help with this? She has given me contact details to pass onto an admin so she can confirm anything with them as required.

Can an admin reach out to me so I can point them in the right direction? I just want to honour her wishes as smoothly as possible for her in the circumstances!
