Peachy bum town

We have been friends with a site member for a long time and as of last week we can no longer see their profile, we are good friends with them and they can still see our profile.

They can also message us but we don't receive them, we did not block them nor did they block us.

All we get is 'you can not view this profile for one of 3 reasons' etc

We have met up with them and they have shown us them accessing our profile.

We decided to block them as still had the option to do that with the idea that then unblocking then would may be resolve it but now we can't even see their versifications they have given us.

We have also completely cleared our block list but this hasn't helped.

We have put 3 requests in for help but had no response.

Can anyone help?

"To be honest it makes no sense that they can mail you and you can't see them. Are they having a laugh with you do you think?"

Definitely not having a laugh as we seen them message us in person and it go through but never come to us and always stays as not read in their sent messages
