I got locked out of my old profile which i want deleting, ive asked the site owners at least 10 times to delete this account and have just received a standard reply back but the account remains ????

Perhaps send the email address for the other account,as well as your request, directly to Admin. Ultimately, the answer is for them to decide on. It's potentially worth another attempt, via the contact link here -

They obviously have to do checks as it isn't appropriate to delete profiles just because somebody asks, you will have to prove it is your profile

If you do what Admin have advised in their mail they will then help you get into the old profile for you to be able to delete it.

If you read the FAQs, site supporter status doesn't get one to one support.

Once you get a reply back from Admin, do as asked on the mail ,they will always help you get back into a profile if you have.
