Reporting someone who blocked you

If someone has blocked you, are you still able to report them? It seems not?

I may be wrong.

Yes you can. Copy the URL of your profile but replace your name with theirs. You won't be able to see their profile but you should be able to tap on the drop down menu to report.

If you have a message from them you can report from that

If you have a message from them u can report from that or if you can get to there profile it will say your blocked but the menu is still there for you to be able to report and counter block
