Can you delete historic forum topics you have been in. Trying to tidy up and for instance have entries for message boards 3 and 4 years ago which I would like to remove the topic from my "recent threads you have posted to" as no longer interested.

No there isn't. The recent threads you've posted to feature shows the last 35 so they will eventually drop off as you post more
