I had an unexpected £35.85 charge on my PayPal from Epoch, who handle your PayPal payments. With the message: "This is a temporary authorisation to make sure your funding source will cover the payment. Your funding source will be charged when Customer Service - Epoch completes your order." It just so happens that my earlier £35 gold supported membership is about to expire, plus, when you upgrade, Epoch's small print tells you they will re-bill you to save time. All this contradicts your promise that you don't re-bill!
