Not blocked just why?

Hey folks

Anyone had this on site. They've been messaging someone and a while later theyve went back to the profile and it comes up "you cant view this profile" but when you hit the message button it doesnt say "this user has blocked you" it is simply why?

Is this the site saying theyve suspended this persons account or something else?

Find this site strange at times.
