My subscription is about to expire and none of the cards I have tried to use are working on either of the card payment options. It’s odd as I have used these cards in the past for upgrading my subscription here. I don’t have time to chase this around and I’m afraid my subscription will just have to lapse if they can’t provide proper card payment options. I’m not doing it over the phone or any other method

Within a minute or two you'll get a text back which contains your PIN code to enter below.

Why can't I pay for just the £5 subscription over card. It goes straight to the higher prices subscriptions and doesn't show the £5. I need to renew my subscription but I am unable to.

Because its not an option, the £5 option is text only.

I’m having the same problem. Any attempt to pay with the card I’ve always used or another one ends up with this message “ Card Upgrade failed

Sorry, but our card processor couldn't take the payment from your card.

You have not been charged.” - I don’t want to do the text thing on my mobile. Anyone else having the same problem or know what the issue is?

We are having the exact same issues with card payments. We used the text service and we didn’t receive a text back with the PIN number. JUST TAKE OUR MONEY. Haha x

I have just paid £15.00 by my bank account to be a gold member and it’s taken the money out of my account but it’s not showing up that I am a gold member on my profile i always pay for my subscription this way thanks
